Meet Angela and Michael
Angela and Michael Koska have been professional photographers since 1996 when they began taking portraits of clients at their home in Northeast Columbia. In 2000, the Koskas opened a portrait studio at the Office Park in The Summit off of Clemson Road in Columbia. In 2008, the Koskas relocated to a brand new custom-built studio also located in the Summit Office Park.
The Koskas have photographed over 350 weddings and nearly 1,000 portraits since the inception of their professional photography business in 1996. They are an international award-winning photography team whose passion is to create exceptional portraits for each and every one of their clients. Angela and Michael both have earned the Certified Professional Photographer designation and the Photographic Craftsman degree from the Professional Photographers of America, are members of the elite American Society of Photographers, and members of the Professional Photographers of South Carolina.

Everybody wants to chronicle their children’s lives the best way they can, and as often as they can (our daughter’s first year is captured in almost 1,000 images)! As parents and family, we want to take it all in, seize every moment so we can revisit that photograph and bring back the flood of memories and emotions that come with reliving that moment in our mind’s eye.
Realizing that none of us can have a professional photographer there to capture every wonderful moment when real life actually happens, Angela and Michael decided to create a workshop to help their clients, friends (old & new), and neighbors learn some tips to help them take better pictures of their kids, families, pets, etc.
From the very simple (how to use your camera) to tips on taking better pictures to learning what to do after you’ve gotten all the great shots, Angela and Michael have created a workshop that will leave you feeling informed, inspired, and organized.
